Rubber Diaphragms

Rubber Diaphragms

Rubber Diaphragms are flexible membranes used to separate two chambers or to convert pressure into motion. Diatax manufactures all types of rubber diaphragms used in wide array industries and manufactured with a wide range of materials including Nitrile, EPDM, Silicone, Neoprene, Viton and more.

Types of Rubber Diaphragms

Flat Diaphragms – Simple disc-shaped diaphragms used in pressure gauges, regulators and control valves.

Rolling Diaphragms – Used where long stroke is required; found in actuators and cylinders.

Convoluted Diaphragms – Feature molded convolutions for additional stroke and flexibility.

PTFE Bonded Diaphragms – Used in highly corrosive environments where chemical resistance is needed.

Metal Bonded Diaphragms – Metal insert bonded for rigidity; used in high pressure applications.

Dish Shaped Diaphragms – Dome-shaped for compact actuator designs.
